This Privacy Policy applies to Expandable’s platform, expandable.io, and app.expandable.io (collectively, the “Services”). We collect information about you when you sign up and create your profile. For example, when you register for the Services you provide your name and email address. Once created a profile, you can also add a profile photo, which is visible in our Services. We may receive information about your IP address, browser and device.

Your account information is kept for as long as your account is active and for some period thereafter in case you decide to reactivate it. To comply with our legal obligations, we need to keep some information after your account is deactivated. Information that you shared with other members through your account will still be available after you deactivated your account to allow other users keep track of projects and tasks.

Account deactivation

If you no longer want to use our Services, you are able to deactivate your account. Please contact us at contact@expandable.io and ask for account deactivation. We will then proceed with your request and we will send you a confirmation email once the process is completed.

Expandable may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When there are new laws in place or we make changes to our business, we need to update the Privacy Policy and you will be encouraged to review the changes to stay informed. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should request complete deactivation of your account.
